The license to sell real estate in Arizona is relatively easy to obtain. You'll need to:

• Take 90 hours of class room training at one of the accredited schools
• Pass the school test to be certified to take the state test
• Pass the state licensing test
• Affiliate with a state licensed real estate broker.

There is no residency requirement but the minimum age is 18 years in Arizona.
